AIR FRANCE-KLM Discount Terms & Conditions

Reinvention Fest 2026 | Exclusive 10% Flight Discount

1 – Eligibility

This discount is exclusively available to registered delegates of Reinvention Fest 2026. The 10% discount applies to Air France and KLM airfare only and is subject to the conditions outlined below.

2 – Discount Codes

Unique Internet Discount Codes are issued per currency at the time of registration confirmation. Delegates will receive their applicable code along with booking instructions via the Reinvention Fest welcome email.

3 – Eligible Travel Dates

Event dates: 28 – 29 September 2026

Eligible travel window: 20 September – 7 October 2026

Bookings must fall within the eligible travel window to qualify for the discount.

4 – How to Claim Your Discount

  • Visit airfrance.com or klm.com and select the site for your preferred currency.
  • When prompted “Are you travelling for business?”, select YES and enter your company OIN, Blue Biz number, or “MICE” as the contract name to activate the Global Meetings & Events programme benefits.
  • After entering your personal details and reviewing your trip, enter your discount code under “Do you have a discount code?”
  • Click Apply. If all conditions are met, the discount will be automatically applied.

5 – Operating Carrier Restriction

The discount codes are only valid on flights fully operated by Air France or KLM. Flights operated by partner or codeshare carriers are not eligible, irrespective of the departure region.

6 – Minimum Fare Thresholds

The discount will only be applied if the base airfare exceeds the following minimum values (or currency equivalent):

  • €75 for domestic France flights
  • €140 for European flights
  • €170 for intercontinental flights

    7 – Additional Benefits

    By entering “MICE” or your unique Internet Discount Code as the contract name, you are entitled to:

    • Free standard seat selection
    • Name change on your booking

    8 – General Conditions

    By using this discount code, you agree to the AIR FRANCE-KLM Global Meetings & Events General Conditions.
